| A. Contact your vital records agency for your state or country to request birth certificate. If the time of birth is not included on the certificate, you should try to speak with family members who were present when you were born to find out if you were born in the morning, afternoon, near midnight, etc. A qualified rectification astrologer can help you zero in on a time of birth based on life events and approximate time of birth. | |
